Our Reception Manager is Jan Smithers. She leads our reception team who are fully trained at signposting patients to the most appropriate person. Anything you tell them will be treated in absolute confidence. Please help them to help you.
If you need to speak to them in confidence at the reception desk, please ask and they can see you in a private room next to reception. If you have difficulty with any form of communication due to a learning disability, sensory loss or impairment please let them know.
They can also arrange for a translation service to help with your care if required.
If you are partially sighted or registered blind we can have items converted into Braille, or if you would like a sign language interpreter this can also be arranged.
